Hey there! Welcome to Align & Activate! We're all about helping you feel your best and perform at your peak through awareness and healing. We have some extraordinary practitioners that use a bunch of tools in their toolkits, like chiropractic, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Detoxification programs, Kinesiology, Naturopathy, Massage & Nutrition to help you get there. We really believe that our health is the most important thing we've got. Align & Activate was founded by Dr Sara, she's a holistic chiropractor who really listens to your body and feels for different signs to get to the root of what's going on.

When you take control of your health and well-being from a place of love, you can live an amazing life. We love working with people who really care about improving their health wherever they are at, as well as active people & athletes, kids, moms-to-be, and all members of families from the newest baby to the oldest great great grandparent.

Sara has also written a book called Empowered Pregnancy: The Secret Wisdom of Natural Birth. 

She's always learning and growing, too. 

Sara has always worked with other allied health professionals. She has been doing this long enough to know when your problem is not in her scope of practice and she is very happy to refer you to the right person so you get the best results in the soonest amount of time.
