6. Which appointment type should I choose if I’m new or returning?

Answer:

  • New Clients for Chiropractic, NET and Neural Development – Please book an Initial Consult T. This gives us time to complete a thorough history, assessment, and first treatment tailored to your needs.
  • Returning Clients – If you’ve seen us before, you can book a Standard Chiro This session focuses on continuing care and progress updates.
    If you’re unsure, it’s always best to book as a New Patient so we can give you the time and attention you need on your first visit.

7. Do I need to live on the Central Coast to work with you?

Answer: No. We love welcoming clients in person from any area.

8. How many sessions will I need?

Answer: Every person is different. Some notice a shift after just a few visits, while others value ongoing support. We’ll recommend a plan based on your individual goals and needs after your first session.

9. What happens in a typical session?

Answer: Each session is calm, supportive, and tailored to you. We’ll review your progress, address immediate concerns, and use techniques designed to ease stress, improve mobility, and restore balance.
